What is Payjati?

Payjati is an independent directory that helps people discover Iraqi social-commerce stores and visit their original pages. Payjati is not a marketplace, does not process payments, and does not sell store products.

Information we process

• Public business information, such as a store name, social links, category, governorate, and approved public contact details.
• Account information provided by the sign-in provider, such as an identifier, name, email address, and profile image when you choose Google sign-in.
• Information you submit voluntarily, including reviews, reports, listing suggestions, corrections, claims, and evidence of authority to manage a store.
• Limited operational and security data, such as request timing and events needed to prevent abuse and diagnose failures. We do not sell personal data or build behavioral advertising profiles.

How we use information

• Operate the directory and display published listings and public links.
• Provide sign-in and protect user, administrator, and merchant access.
• Review corrections, claims, content, and logos before publication.
• Prevent spam and abuse, investigate failures, and improve reliability.
• Respond to questions and correction or removal requests.

Public and private information

Public store information and accepted reviews may appear in the directory. Claim evidence, merchant logos awaiting approval, internal administrative notes, and unpublished review requests remain private and are not shown to visitors.

Service providers and external links

We use service providers to operate Payjati, including Supabase for backend hosting, authentication, and storage; Google for optional sign-in; and Vercel for website hosting. Store pages, social platforms, and external websites follow their own policies, and Payjati does not control their practices.

Cookies and sessions

We use essential session technologies for authentication, security, and keeping you signed in. We do not currently use targeted-advertising cookies.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to operate the directory, complete review requests, protect the service, and maintain legitimate audit records. We use access controls and administrative review, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to correct your information, remove content you submitted, remove a listing, or explain data associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity or relationship to a store, and may retain a limited record when necessary for security or fraud prevention.

Children's privacy

Payjati is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information to the service.

Changes and contact
