By using Payjati, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service or create an account.

Nature of the service

Payjati is an independent directory for Iraqi social-commerce stores. We do not sell products, receive payments, participate in ordering, shipping, warranties, or returns, or represent listed stores.

Listings and external links

Unclaimed listings are based on publicly available business information and are shown for discovery. A listing, managed-page label, or public detail does not mean Payjati endorses a store or guarantees its identity or product quality. Verify a store independently before buying, sharing information, or sending money.

Accounts and security

• You may need to sign in to use reviews, claims, or merchant-management tools.
• You are responsible for protecting your sign-in account and activity performed through it.
• You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or business.

Content you submit

You keep your rights in content you submit. You grant Payjati a non-exclusive, royalty-free license only as needed to host, review, display, and operate that content through the service. You must have the right to submit it, and it must not expose private information or violate another party’s rights.

• Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, threatening, or unlawful content.
• Do not submit spam, paid or coordinated reviews, or undisclosed conflict-of-interest reviews.
• Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, or interfere with service operation.

Claims, corrections, and removal

Claims, store management, corrections, and publication requests are subject to administrative review. We may request appropriate evidence, reject a request, revoke management, or hide content when there is a conflict, abuse, or user-safety concern. Requests are never published automatically.

Intellectual property

The Payjati name, design, software, and editorial content belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. Store names, marks, and page content belong to their respective owners; directory use does not transfer ownership to Payjati.

Availability and termination

We may modify or suspend the service, remove content, or restrict an account when needed for security, maintenance, compliance, or user protection. You may stop using the service at any time and contact us about your account or submitted content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and its information are provided as available. We do not guarantee every listing’s accuracy or the continued availability of any store or link. To the extent permitted by law, Payjati is not responsible for transactions, disputes, or losses arising from dealing with an external store or relying on its information.

Law, changes, and contact
